The Outpost-12™ – Semi Portable

Outpost-12™

The Outpost-12™ water purification system is a semi-portable system that must be powered by an external AC power supply such as a generator or municipal power grid.

The Outpost-12™ produces up to 12 gallons (45 liters) per minute, and is the recommended model for general water consumption because it can produce several thousand gallons of water every day, and still be easily moved around a village, disaster site, or transported wherever needed.

The powder coated aluminum frame has multiple points to ease lifting, and the unit has been sized to fit in the back of a pickup truck, SUV, mini-van, cargo van, or similar vehicle.  The unit also features run-flat wheels that enable it to be moved by one person over virtually any surface.  The on-board pump of the Outpost-12™ pulls water from the available water source and a patented automatic fail-safe shut-off that shuts the system down if the UV bulb loses its intensity or if there is a wiring problem.  First Water is the only water system available with this important safety feature, and there is no guessing on when to change the bulb.  The Outpost-12™ water purification system is a perfect fit when portability and a maximum flow of water are desirable.

The Responder-B™ – Maximum Portability

The Responder-B™

The Responder-B™ is a highly portable water purification unit that runs on A/C or D/C power.  The unit is equipped with a 45psi self priming pump that can pull water from any salt-free water source.  It will produce up to 60 gallons (250 liters) per hour of clean, safe drinking water.

The Responder-B™ features alligator clips for an external 12 Volt battery, or you can optionally use an included vehicle cigarette lighter adapter.  The included 6 amp DC/AC converter easily plugs into common wall receptacles to enable 24/7 operation.

Weighing only 25 lbs., the Responder-B™ can support a wide variety of needs.  It is the ideal companion for groups traveling, or wherever you need to bring clean water in a hurry, providing safe water when a vehicle with a charged battery or extra battery are available.
